Our returns and refund policies are designed to offer you the option of exchange, replacement, and/or refund based on the specific product you choose. Please note that not all products listed under a particular category may have the same returns and replacement policy. 1. Eligibility for Returns:

You can apply for a return within seven days from the date of purchase at no cost if:
– You receive a defective product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and the genuine billing of the product. Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in your return request being rejected.

Exchange Note:If any customer receives the correct product as per order and still wishes to exchange it, an exchange is available under the following conditions:

– The exchange must be requested within 3-Days Of recieving of parcel.

– The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

– A processing fee will be applied for the exchange.
– The exchange is subject to approval by management.

Important Note: For returns and exchanges, you must provide a parcel opening recording video clip as proof. Return requests without the required proof will not be acceptable.

2. Return Process:

The return process is as follows

A. If the fault is due to an error on our part, such as a colour change, different product, or damaged product, the return will be 100% free.

B. In the case of unlikeness, the product return will be chargeable.

C. Single Order Only Just ₹99 value of Order not eligible for any Return.

Our return and exchange policy allows you to return/exchange your order within seven days of its delivery. The website will disable the option to place a return/exchange request after seven days of delivery.

At NUTEX.IN, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy within 7 days of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We provide reverse pick-up services, with a Rs 100 fee deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items. This means only a single deduction of Rs 100 is made for the entire order.

Reverse Pick-Up Details:

  • Reverse pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address.
  • Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.

Refund Process:

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. If returned in poor condition or clearly worn, no refund will be provided.
  • Refunds or bank transfers are applicable for prepaid & COD orders made on our website.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Bank account details provided by the customer are final; any errors are not the brand’s responsibility.

  • The customer must take utmost care of the product(s) in their possession, including all instructions, documents, and wrappings.
