We make every effort to procure and ship items within the time mentioned on the product page. Please note that business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. The estimated delivery time depends on factors such as product availability in our warehouse and the destination to which you want the order shipped.

Hidden Costs:
When you make a purchase on our site, there are no hidden charges. The prices displayed on the product page are final and all-inclusive. We do not apply any additional sales tax or receiving charges.

Variation in Estimated Delivery Time:
You may notice varying estimated delivery times for different products. This is influenced by factors such as product availability, the geographic location of the warehouse, your shipping destination, and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location. To obtain more accurate delivery times, please enter your default pin code during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
We are pleased to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across India. This facility is available in all locations within India.

Non-Receipt of Order with Delivery Confirmation:
If you did not receive your order but received a delivery confirmation email or SMS, please report the issue within 24 hours from the time of delivery confirmation. We will investigate the matter further and assist you accordingly.

International Delivery:
Currently, NUTEX does not deliver items internationally. However, you can make purchases on our site from anywhere in the world using credit/debit cards. Please ensure that you have a delivery address in India.

Missing Items from Your Order:
If you find that any items you ordered are missing from the package, “you must have the parcel opening video recording clip as a proof” Other wise return request will not be accepted/Return process.

Shipping Agency Responsibility: We are using 3rd party shippng services company is not responsible for their ACT. we at our end raise complaints and issues with shipping agency but customer has to follow timeline & guideline as per the policy of shipping agency.
