Can I pay for my orders with COD?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for most pin codes. However, we may disable COD for certain pin codes if the COVID-19 situation worsens in those areas. This is to help protect the health and safety of our customers and delivery partners.

Is there a charge for COD order?

We charge a ₹25 convenience fee for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. You can avoid this fee by paying with a debit or credit card, or using a wallet.

Are you delivering to my address?

We are happy to announce that we have resumed deliveries across the country in accordance with the latest guidelines from the Indian government. However, we want to inform you that there may be a slight delay in deliveries to containment zones. This is because we must adhere to strict safety protocols in these areas.

How do I track my order?

Registered customers can always check the status of their orders by logging into their account.

 

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order on Nutex until it is shipped. To do this, go to your order history page and click the “Cancel Order” button. If your order has already shipped, please contact us through the contact us page and we will initiate the cancellation process.

I am not sure which product to buy. Can you please help me out?

Will you list the items ordered on the package / box received?

We follow discreet packaging, hence we do not mention product details on the package. However, we do send an invoice for the order placed with the product details to your email id.

Can I do both return and exchange on my order?

We can accept returns for most products, but we cannot accept returns for intimate products due to their intimate nature.

Transaction faild but amount has been deducted?

If a transaction times out, your order may not be placed successfully. In this case, the amount will be automatically returned to your bank within 7 working days.
