At Nutex, we strive to provide a seamless and convenient shopping experience. We are proud to be one of the few undergarment companies in India to offer Free Delivery across our entire product range, starting from orders as low as ₹99.


1. Delivery Charges & Order Types

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. However, payment methods are determined by the order value:

  • Orders between ₹99 and ₹198: These orders must be Prepaid.
  • Orders ₹199 and above: Eligible for both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) services across India.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated Timeline: Approx. 2–5 Business Days.
  • We make every effort to ship items within the time mentioned on the product page. Please note that business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
  • Delivery times may vary based on product availability, warehouse location, and the courier partner’s reach in your specific region.

3. No Hidden Costs

The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. There are no hidden charges, additional sales taxes, or handling fees.

4. Important: Missing Items & Damage Claims

To protect your purchase, you must record a video clip of the parcel opening process. * In the rare event that an item is missing or damaged, this video serves as essential proof.

  • Without an unboxing video, return or replacement requests for missing/damaged items will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Charges

We stand behind the quality of our products. Our return fee policy is as follows:

  • Nutex Fault: If you receive the wrong size, wrong color, or a defective product, the return/exchange is Free of Charge.
  • Customer Choice: If the return is due to a change of mind or reasons not related to a product error, a ₹100 Shipping Fee will be applied to cover the reverse logistics cost.

6. Shipping Agency Responsibility

We utilize reputed 3rd-party shipping partners to deliver your orders. While Nutex Apparel Ltd. will proactively raise complaints and track issues with these agencies on your behalf, customers are expected to follow the timelines and guidelines provided by the specific shipping agency.

7. Non-Receipt of Order

If you receive a delivery confirmation (via SMS or Email) but have not physically received your parcel, please report this to us within 24 hours. Claims made after this window may be difficult to investigate with our courier partners.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Nutex only delivers within India. While you can place an order from anywhere in the world using international cards, the shipping address must be located within India.
