Our Heritage: The Foundation of Trust

Our story began in 1951 with Late Shree Munni Lal Ji. He envisioned an undergarment company that would empower every common household by providing essential comfort at affordable prices.

In 1975, his son, Shree Vipin Aggarwal, established the NUTEX brand, turning that vision into a reality. By 1984, the company took a bold step by establishing its first internal dyeing unit, ensuring that quality was never compromised by outsourcing.


Current Leadership: The Vision of Shree Pankaj Aggarwal

Today, Nutex is led by our Chairman, Shree Pankaj Aggarwal, a veteran with over 25 years of profound market experience. Under his leadership, Nutex has undergone a massive industrial and strategic transformation, solidifying its position as an industry leader.

Modernizing Manufacturing

Shree Pankaj Aggarwal recognized early on that to maintain the best value for customers, Nutex had to be self-reliant. In 2007, he established a state-of-the-art, modern dyeing house in the Barhi Industrial Area, Haryana. Equipped with the latest global technology and machinery, this unit allowed the brand to master fabric quality and cost-efficiency.

Empowering the Modern Indian Woman

In 2010, driven by a desire to address the underserved women's market, he launched Nutex Sangini. His goal was to empower women by offering them premium-quality lingerie and everyday bras at revolutionary prices. By focusing on diverse body types and economic accessibility, he successfully turned Nutex into a beloved household name for women across India.

Expanding the Horizon

Through his strategic guidance, Nutex has expanded its footprint across the nation, with a presence in major hubs like Delhi, Goa, Nagpur, Surat, Kerala, and Karnataka. His commitment to constant research into new materials and designs ensures that Nutex products remain trendy, durable, and affordable.

While the foundation of Nutex was built on traditional values, the future is being defined by digital innovation. Nutex.in is the bridge between our 70-year legacy and the modern shopper.

This digital transformation is driven by the fourth generation of the family. Aastha Aggarwal, currently pursuing her B.Tech from Maharaja Agrasen Institute, focuses on integrating cutting-edge technology and manufacturing efficiency into our operations.

Working alongside her is Prabhav Aggarwal, a student at Delhi University. Prabhav brings a fresh, modern market perspective to the brand, focusing on the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) experience. His goal is to ensure that the Nutex legacy of "Quality at ₹99" reaches the doorstep of every young Indian through a seamless online shopping experience.

Together, under the guidance of Shree Pankaj Aggarwal, they are ensuring that Nutex remains not just a brand, but a household name for generations to come.
