Modern Management meets Manufacturing Grit
Strategy & Stitches: Managing the Engine Room of a Family Legacy
Most people my age are focused on their next college assignment. And while I’m doing that too—currently in my second year pursuing BMS at Keshav Mahavidyalaya (DU)—my real classroom is our family’s manufacturing floor.
My name is Prabhav Aggarwal, and at 20 years old, I’ve stepped into the "Engine Room" of Nutex.
Carrying the Torch
Growing up, I watched my father, Mr. Pankaj Aggarwal, build this business from the ground up. He taught me that in manufacturing, there are no shortcuts. Every roll of fabric, every stitch, and every audit matters. Today, I’m taking those lessons and applying them to our new mission: nutex.in.
But I’m not doing this alone. This journey is a partnership.
The Power of Two: Working with My Sister
While my sister leads the charge on the creative and technical front, building the digital face of Nutex, I focus on what’s happening behind the scenes.
She brings the vision, the UI/UX, and the modern brand identity. My job is to make sure that the physical product lives up to the digital promise. We represent the perfect balance:
- Her World: Designing a seamless website and a creative brand story.
- My World: Managing production, handling the finances, and ensuring the factory floor runs with surgical precision.
The Science of the "Back-End"
Managing production at 20 isn't just about giving orders; it’s about understanding the "Human Factor." I spend my days:
- Financial Oversight: Keeping our operations lean so we can pass those savings directly to you by cutting out the middleman.
- Fabric Audits: I’m obsessed with the technical side—ensuring our cotton-rich blends are perfect and that our mid-waist fits are consistent every single time.
- Inventory Innovation: Using what I’m learning in my BMS degree to modernize how we track every single garment from the cutting table to your doorstep.
Why It Works
There is a unique trust that comes with working with your sister. We can be honest, we can challenge each other, and we both have the same ultimate goal: to honor the legacy our father built while making it relevant for a new generation of Indians.
At Keshav Mahavidyalaya, I learn the theory. At Nutex, with my sister by my side, I put it into practice. We are 4 generations of history, being moved forward by two siblings with one shared vision.
We aren't just building a website; we are building a direct bridge from our family to yours.
