The Digital Leap: Building the Future of Nutex at 21

They say you don’t just join a family business; you’re born into it.

Growing up in the halls of our manufacturing units, I didn’t just see machines; I saw a legacy of grit. I watched my father, Mr. Pankaj Aggarwal, build Nutex into a powerhouse of Indian undergarment manufacturing. I saw the precision of the fabric audits, the obsession over a "cotton-rich" feel, and the dedication to mass-market quality.

But as I entered my 20s, I realized that while our factory was world-class, the way we connected with the world needed a new heartbeat.

The Vision: Bridge the Gap

I always knew I wanted to do something that combined our family’s "back-end" strength with the "front-end" possibilities of today’s technology. I saw an opportunity: why should our quality pass through four layers of middlemen before reaching a customer? Why can't we speak directly to the people wearing our brand?

That spark led to the birth of nutex.in.

Balancing the Classroom and the Boardroom

Currently, I am in my final year at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology. Being 21 years old and managing a digital transformation project is a whirlwind. On some days, I’m sitting in a lecture; on others, I’m at the factory with my brother, Prabhav, and our team, debating website UI/UX, analyzing fabric tracking systems, or refining our D2C strategy.

This project isn’t just a business move for me—it’s where my creative and technical worlds collide.

My Approach: Creative Tech meets Textile Tradition

Building this website has been a hands-on journey. I’ve leaned into my technical knowledge to streamline our inventory and my creative vision to design a brand experience that feels modern, honest, and premium.

  • The Creative: Every banner, every model shoot, and every word on this site is designed to show you the real Nutex.
  • The Technical: From implementing AI in our photography to ensuring our supply chain is lean, I am obsessed with making the "factory-to-doorstep" transition seamless.

Moving Forward with Prabhav

I’m not doing this alone. Working alongside my brother, Prabhav, we are combining our different strengths to ensure that the 4th generation of the Aggarwal family doesn't just maintain the legacy—we evolve it.

We are taking the values my father taught us—integrity, quality, and hard work—and coding them into a digital platform that serves the modern Indian customer.

This is just the beginning of the new Nutex. Thank you for being part of my journey.
